Conversion one bed garden flat, with rear entrance, no real garden, flow or balance to the property everything felt like a hallway to another room, the space felt stuck and dysfunctional considering the square footage and amazing location.

Once we gutted the property we re worked the space to create a space that seamlessly flows from the front door to the garden gate. Using the available space we now have a beautifully restored two bedroom garden flat now. open plan living space/kitchen and built-in larder, complete with original restored front entrance, internal bathroom with customised built-in storage, more throughout the property and two double bedrooms with patio doors into the low maintenance garden space.
